Small Print

Check-in is strictly 2pm. Check-out is strictly 10am
Deposit: To confirm a booking we will need to hold valid CC details. Payment: Once Booked 50% of your booking is payable, with the balance payable just before arrival.
Cancellation: We do not allow cancellations. In special circumstances and at our discretion we may offer to re-sell your nights. If we do 85% of the total value of the booking will be refunded.
Cleaning: Normal cleaning is included in the tariff, any excess cleaning over and above what would be considered reasonable will be charged at $15 per half hour. Payment will be taken from your credit card details supplied.
Damage: Any damage will be charged in full to your credit card. This includes any linen stained etc.
